Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal has asked industry bodies to prepay MSMEs to safeguard their viability and to boost employment and growth. He was virtually interacting with the leaders of major Industry bodies from New Delhi on Wednesday.
 
The Minister said, industries must aim to reach 250 billion dollar services export. He also asked the industries to strive for transformational exports growth beyond 400 billion dollar.
 
Highlighting the progress made in free trade agreement negotiations, Mr. Goyal said, the Government is working to conclude several agreements so that their benefits could reach to industries. He said that an FTA with UAE is nearing conclusion and negotiations are at an advanced stage with Australia.
