Civil Aviation Ministry Ashok Gajapathi Raju today said pilot in command of aircraft can initiate FIR against any unruly passenger. <br/><br/>Addressing a press conference in New Delhi, Mr Raju said, unruly behaviour for no fly list is extended only to passengers on-board in aircraft. He said there are three levels of unruly behaviour-verbal, physical and life threatening. <br/><br/>Punishment is also for a period of three months for verbal, six months for physical and two years or more for life threatening unruly behaviour. Minister of State for Civil aviation Jayant Sinha who was also present at the press conference said, the new rules will come into effect from today.
