A Public Interest Litigation, PIL has been filed against Yoga teacher Baba Ramdev and his close associate and editor of a Yoga magazine, Swami Balkrishna in Allahabad High Court. The petition was filed in connection with an article published in the magazine in which some comments were made against Buddhist King Ashoka and his ancestors and the followers of Buddhist philosophy. The petitioner, Buddha Commune International has demanded cancellation of registration of the magazine and a ban on its publication.
