Karnataka Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa today informed media persons that the phone tapping case by the previous coalition government will be handed over to CBI for investigation. <br />'' <br />'' Mr Yediyurappa, who arrived in Bengaluru last night from New Delhi, said that all political leaders, including Congress leader Siddaramaiah, has sought probe into the alleged phone tapping case. <br />'' <br />'' The police crime branch Joint Commissioner Sandeep Patil has submitted an interim report on an audio leak to media of a conversation between incumbent Police Commissioner Bhaskar Rao and one Faraz Ahmed. <br />'' <br />'' It was alleged thereafter that former Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy had ordered phone tapping of several politicians from Congress and rebel MLAs during June-July. Kumaraswamy has however denied the charges.<br />''
