Philippine Police said, fourteen people were injured today in a pipe bomb blast in Manila. The explosion happened late yesterday about five kilometres from the heavily guarded complex where Association of Southeast Asian (ASEAN) leaders are meeting. Police said, they are investigating the possibility it was a revenge assault.<br/><br/>Authorities said, the incident is not in any way connected to or directed at the ongoing ASEAN summit.
