Petrol pump dealers in Delhi called off their day-long strike today. This follows assurance by the Chief Minister Mrs. Sheila Dikshit that their grievance over increased VAT eating into diesel sales will be looked into.<br/><br/>The Chief Minister told the representatives of Federation of All-India Petroleum Traders that the issue will be looked into in a month’s time. <br/><br/>The spokesman of the Petroleum traders association Nishit Goel said that the increased VAT has resulted in the loss of business to petrol pumps.<br/>
