Petrol price to be cut by Rs 1.89-2.38/litre from August 15

Petrol price is to be cut by Rs 1.89-2.38 per litre from midnight of August 14th and 15th. Petroleum Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, in a tweet said that petrol price in the national capital is to be cut by Rs 2.38. At present, Petrol costs Rs 72.51 per litre in Delhi. The Chairman of Indian Oil Corporation, B Ashok had yesterday said that petrol price is likely to be cut on the Independence Day because of the softening in international rates.
