Petrol price has gone up by One paisa and diesel by 44 paise per litre excluding state levies. The new rates will come into effect from midnight tonight. In a statement, Indian Oil Corporation said, the upward revision of the price was necessitated due to increase in international prices of Petrol and Diesel and rupee- dollar exchange rate.
