24-year old Petra Kvitova of the Czech Republic has won her second Women's Singles Wimbledon title. In the final in London today, she defeated 20-year old Canadian Eugenie Bouchard in straight sets 6-3, 6-0. Bouchard was the first Canadian – male or female – to reach a grand slam final. Kvitova had won her first Wimbledon singles crown in 2011 when she beat Russian Maria Sharapova in the final. The Men's final between Roger Federer and top seed Novak Djokovic will be played tomorrow.
