A petition has been filed in the Supreme Court seeking cancellation of bail granted to former Congress MP Sajjan Kumar in a 1984 anti Sikh riots case.<br/><br/>Mr Kumar was granted anticipatory bail by Delhi High Court and the Trial Court granted him regular bail on his furnishing a bond of 50,000 rupees.<br/><br/>The petitioner Daljit Kaur said that if Mr Kumar remains on bail no witness will dare to depose against him in the court.<br/><br/>She belongs to a family of victims of 1984 riots.
