To ensure high turn out in the Municipal Corporation election in the National Capital, the State Election Commission has started sending personalised voting slip to each voters. The slip consist all the required details for voters like location of polling station, serial number in the voters' list and name of the ward and other details. Our correspondent reports, the personalised slips being delivered by EC staff in all 272 wards and distribution will be completed by tomorrow.
