Haryana Police have arrested a person with more than one kilogram of 'Charas' from village Ballana in Ambala district. Disclosing this in Chandigarh, a spokesman of the Haryana Police said that the accused has been identified as a resident of village Badi Rashor, Police Station, Naraingarh. A case has been registered against him under Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.
