The Government today said that there has been over 17 per cent growth in Foreign Tourist Arrivals (FTAs) in July this year over the same period in 2015. <br/><br/>In a release the tourism ministry said, the percentage share of Foreign Tourist Arrivals (FTAs) in India was highest from Bangladesh followed by USA and UK. In absolute terms the foreign tourist arrivals was pegged at 7.36 lakh last month. More than 14 thousand crore rupees was also earned as foreign exchange. The growth rate in Foreign Exchange Earnings (FEEs) in rupee terms during the period was assessed at 19.5%.
