India-born PepsiCo chief Indra Nooyi has been given a pay package of 18.6 million Dollars equivalent to about 113 crore rupees for 2013. This works out a 7 per cent hike from the previous year.The beverages-and-snacks giant awarded Nooyi a total direct compensation of this amount. She got 17.4 million dollars in the preceding year and 16.6 million for 2011.Nooyi, 58, has been chief executive of PepsiCo since 2006.
