In Jammu and Kashmir, people in Leh are welcomed by snow fall this morning. Light to moderate snowfall has been experienced on the higher reaches, surrounding areas and in the Leh city in the cold desert of Ladakh. <br/><br/>Snowfall started around 1 o'clock and up to 5 am. 2.4 millimeter snow/rain has been recorded as per the official sources. It is the tenth spell of snowfall this year. <br/><br/>Minimum temperature remains minus 1.0 degree Celsius while maximum is 12.8 degree celsius at Leh today. Weather is still cloudy which will improve as the day advances as per the forecast of Air force Met Wing.<br/>
