Parliament Affairs Minister Venkaiah Naidu today said some people are trying to defame the Modi government by using the certain religious incidents as a political tool. Talking to reporters in New Delhi, Mr Naidu said some people have become tools in the hands of Congress and they are not ready to digest the mandate of the people given to the BJP. <br/><br/>Taking pot shot on the Congress party the minister said, the party is trying to distract the development agenda of modi government by raising these issues time and again. He said some incidents have occurred in the states and with which the centre has nothing to do. He said the states government should take action against the culprits.<br/> <br/>Speaking on the winter session which will begin on Thursday, the Minister said the government will walk extra mile to accommodate the demands of opposition on important bills but before that they need to allow it function smoothly. He said the centre will place GST ,land , Real Estate and other important bills before the opposition in all party meet tomorrow. The minister also emphasized that parliament is there to legislate, debate, discuss and to make the country move forward.
