The Congress today alleged that the people in Jharkhand are suffering as the deadlock over government formation in the state has been delayed for more than a week. <br/><br/>Party spokesman, Shakil Ahmed said that the issues within the coalition should be resolved soon otherwise they should clearly declare their inability to do so.<br/>
