A grateful Jammu and Kashmir State is remembering great political personality of the State and former Minister Late Girdhari Lal Dogra on his 28th death anniversary today. During a programme organized on the occasion by Girdhari Lal Dogra Memorial Trust at G.L.Dogra Chowk Jammu, Deputy Chief Minister Dr. Nirmal Singh, former Chief Minister and National Conference President Dr. Farooq Abdullah, were among the dignitaries who paid rich tributes to the late leader. Paying tributes, the speakers recalled the great contribution of Late G L Dogra to the State as then Finance Minister and his social services for upliftment of poor and downtrodden.
