BJP today said that result of the by-polls in Haryana, Bihar, Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh is the victory of people against corruption.
Briefing reporters in New Delhi, party spokesman Shahnawaz Hussein said that people are frustrated by the Congress for its inaction against corruption.
He added that BJP's victory in the Khadkwasala assembly by-election in Mahrastra, JD(U) win at Daraunda assembly seat in Bihar and Kuldeep Bishnoi's win in Hisar Parliamentary Constituency shows that people do not want Congress's rule.
Meanwhile, Congress today said that the party will introspect on the by-elections results. Talking to reporters in New Delhi today, party spokesperson Renuka Chaudhary said that party does course correction after every election irrespective of the results . Commenting on the result of Hissar by – election she added that the seat was never a strong hold of the Congress party in recent past.
