The Pentagon has issued another apology after an American magazine published picture of US soldiers in Afghanistan, posing with the corpses of civilians. The pictures include one of the grinning soldiers tilting a dead man's head to the camera. In a statement, the US Army said the photos in Rolling Stone Magazine were disturbing and contrary to its values. The US Army said it would relentlessly pursue the truth, no matter how difficult or lengthy the investigation. The killings apparently took place early last year.
