In West Bengal, peaceful voting is on for bye election in ten assembly seats in the state. Around 30 per cent voters have cast their franchise in first three hours of polling. The state chief electoral officer Mr. Debasish Sen told that no major untoward incident has o far been reported barring few replacements of electronic voting machines in some polling booths due to technician snag.<br/>
