Peaceful environment needed to resolve all issues with Pakistan; no third party role needed

India today said that it is commited to resolving all outstanding issues with Pakistan through a peaceful bilateral dialogue in accordance with the Simla Agreement.<br/>In response to a question on US-China Joint Statement the External Affairs Ministry spokesman said that a third country role cannot be envisaged nor is it necessary.<br/>He said that India believes that a meaningful dialogue with Pakistan can take place only in an environment free from terror or the threat of terror.<br/>The joint US -China statement had said that the two sides support the improvement and growth of relations between India and Pakistan .It said that they welcome all efforts conducive to peace, stability and development in South Asia.<br/><br/>
