India on Wednesday said, it considers peace and tranquility in the India-China border areas as important prerequisite for smooth development of bilateral relations with China. In response to a question on Chinese Foreign Ministry's document released on Doklam issue, MEA Spokesperson Raveesh Kumar said, India's position on the issue and related facts have already been articulated.
