<span style="color: #222222;">Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma said that the peace talk between the government and the ULFA ( Pro-Talk faction ) is going on in the right direction. In a written reply in the assembly today, Mr. Sarma informed that this group declared indefinite ceasefire in the year 2011 and after that several tripartite talks were held.<br />''<br />''The Chief Minister also said that the government has also appealed to ULFA – Independence faction Chief Paresh Baruah to join the main stream and following his appeal, Baruah declared cease fire till 18th of last month. The Chief Minister further said that recently 4 Karbi militant outfits have signed peace agreement with the government.</span>
