The Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Huda said on Monday that he respects the people mandate which in favour of Congress and its policies. <br/> <br/>He further said that the people's mandate is in favour of peace and development. He said we have won the war but lost some battles. <br/> <br/>For loss of seats in this election, he held responsible some of the leaders of his parties. He said he will provide stable government with the support of independents and others.<br/><br/>
