<span style="color: #222222;">Maharashtra's Food and Civil Supply Minister Jaykumar Raval has made it clear that PDS shops will have to provide foodgrain to ration card holders on any day of the month and this condition is mandatory for the PDS shop owners.<br />'' <br />'' He said the department has issued a circular in this regard after it received complaints against the shop owners denying food grains on ration card after certain days in the month.<br />'' <br />''Food, civil supply and consumer protection department has ordered the implementation of the instruction in the circular to all the divisional commissioners, deputy commissioners, collectors, PDS controllers and directors of civil supply in Mumbai and all the district supply officers.</span><br />
