PDP has welcomed Prime Minister's offer to hold talks with all groups in Jammu and Kashmir. <br/><br/>PDP president Mehbooba Mufti told reporters in Srinagar that the separatists should take advantage of the offer and present their viewpoint for resolution of the Kashmir issue.<br/><br/>She was reacting to Dr.Manmohan Singh's statement during a press conference in New Delhi that his government is ready to hold talks with all groups in the state which are outside the political mainstream, provided they shun violence. She said, Prime Minister is serious about talks.
