In Jammu and Kashmir the main Opposition Peoples Democratic Party Members today disrupted the Proceedings of the Legislative Assembly as soon as the Question Hour began. They were demanding suspension of the Question Hour and to taking up their Adjournment Motion for discussion .They were demanding a debate on the alleged bungling and misappropriation of crores of rupees in Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association (JKCA)’. As the speaker refused to relent, they satged a walk out.
