PDP Chief Mehbooba Mufti is reaching in New Delhi later today. She is scheduled to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi.<br/><br/>The meeting assumes significance in the backdrop of ongoing talks for government formation in Jammu and Kashmir.<br/><br/>State is under Governor's rule for almost three months following the death of Chief Minister Mufti Mohammed Sayeed.<br/><br/>AIR correspondent reports that Ms Mufti was in Delhi last week and held talks with BJP president Amit Shah but could not make any headway.<br/><br/>
