The Pakistan Cricket Board has removed Shahid Afridi as one-day captain for the forthcoming series against Ireland. PCB Chairman Ijaz Butt told newsmen in Islamabad that senior batsman Misbah-ul-Haq will lead the team in the two one-day matches against Ireland on the 28 and 30th of this month.Afridi has, however, been retained as a player in the one-day squad.
