Biren Singh, other Ministers and MLAs of the State, leaders of political parties, top officials of civil and police administration of the State attended the swearing-in ceremony.<br />'' <br />'' Nagaland Governor Acharya will serve as Governor of Manipur as an additional charge from today during the absence, on leave, of Dr Najma Heptulla, Governor of Manipur.</span><br />
