The National Investigation Agency, NIA, has arrested four suspected persons from Ranchi in connection with the Narendra Modi's Patna rally blasts last year. Official sources told AIR in New Delhi that the NIA has arrested alleged mastermind Hyder Ali. The other arrested suspects are Taufeeq Ansari, Mojibullah and Numan Ansari. NIA had announced a cash reward of five lakh rupees on their head.
