The Patna High Court started functioning physically from today for the first time amid corona pandemic. However, the physical functioning will be only on experimental basis till January 15. Only 25 cases will listed before each bench everyday during the physical hearing.<br />'' <br />''<span style="color: #222222;">In the present system, civil matters will be taken on Thursday and criminal matters on rest of the working days. Besides, lawyers are permitted to take one clerk and an assisting counsel on the basis of identity cards issued by the high court.
