Three accused have been arrested in different places in Patna Gang rape case. Main accused Prashant Jha surrendered in Shimla of Himachal Pradesh . A minor girl was allegedly gangraped in the Bihar capital by five school students over a month ago and CDs and MMS of the act were circulated.
