BJP today took a dig at Uttarakhand Assembly Speaker's decision to allow the Finance Bill to be passed in the House even though majority of members were against it. <br/><br/>Replying to a media query in New Delhi, senior party leader and Union Minister Arun Jaitley said it has happened for first time in the country that a failed bill was considered as passed. He, however, said that the political crisis in the state is the result of internal conflict of the Congress and it should not be attributed to the BJP.<br/><br/>Congress government in the state is facing dissent as some of its MLAs have joined BJP seeking dismissal of the Harish Rawat government.
