In Bihar, a group of armed criminals looted cash and valuables from passengers in Hawrah- New Delhi Express in Rohtas district early morning. The robbery took place between Gaya and Sasaram railway stations. Railway spokesperson said that the armed criminals looted six bogies of sleeper class coach. In this incident 8 people were injured. The condition of one injured is serious. All the injured are admitted in Mughalsarai hospital. Angry passengers later staged a protest at the Mughalsarai railway junction and shouted slogans against the inadequate security provided in trains.
