After suffering huge debacle in assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, Congress Vice-president Rahul Gandhi today admitted that there is a need to make structural and organisatonal changes in the party. Talking to media in New Delhi today, Mr Gandhi said, there are ups and downs in electoral battle and his party accepts its poor performance in these states.<br/><br/>He however said Congress has ideological fight with BJP which it will continue. Mr Gandhi said, Congress is opposed to what BJP did in Manipur and Goa to garner support. He said, BJP has won elections in Uttar Pradesh due to multiple reasons. <br/><br/>He said, polarisation of voters was one of the factors which led to BJP's win. Mr Gandhi said, the party will play the role of a robust opposition.
