<span style="color: #222222;">Parts of the National Capital witnessed spells of rain and hailstorm this morning. The India Meteorological Department, IMD, had predicted thunderstorm with light to moderate rain in the  capital and the neighbouring regions.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">In its forecast for the week, IMD has said that the city may experience a dip in temperature from tomorrow with fog in the morning hours.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">From 4 p.m. on Monday to till yesterday morning, the Safdarjung observatory recorded 4.7 mm rainfall, while Palam and Lodi Road observatories recorded 4 mm and 4.8 mm rainfall respectively. Following rains in the National Capital, the pollution levels have gone down leading to improved Air Quality Index. According to the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) bulletin, Delhi reported an Air Quality Index value of 140, in the moderate category. On Monday, the AQI was 151.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Speaking exclusively to AIR News, Head of National Weather Forecasting Centre, K. Sathi Devi said, the temperature will dip by four to five degrees in the coming few days with intense fog condition in the Northern part of the country.</span><br />''
