Part of the false ceiling of the weightlifting venue for the upcoming Commonwealth Games collapsed today. This incident took place after an under-construction foot over bridge collapsed outside the Jawaharlal Nehru stadium on Tuesday injuring 27 persons. Delhi government has ordered an enquiry into Tuesday's incident and blacklisted the contractor responsible for the construction.
