Navroz ,the Parsi New Year is being observed on Sunday. The Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh greeted the nation on the occasion. In a message, he said Navroz brings a message of hope and renewal and it reinforces the values of peace and religious harmony in India. <br/>
