Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar today denied making any provocative statements against minorities. Responding to the concerns raised by opposition members in the Rajya Sabha, Mr Parrikar urged the members to go by the video clips and not by media reports. The Minister said, he had not taken anybody's name. <br/><br/>The issue was raised by the Leader of Opposition Ghulam Nabi Azad. He wanted to know from the Minister what kind of lesson he intends to teach to the members of the minority. Sitaram Yechuri of the CPIM said, the Defence Minister's reported remarks are objectionable.
