Defence minister Manohar Parrikar today called upon youths of National Cadet Corps (NCC) to play greater role in nation building. Speaking at a function in New Delhi, where NCC received Limca book of record certificate for participation in the International Yoga Day, Mr Parrikar said NCC has always been vibrant. He said Yoga is not only a physical exercise but also trains mind. <br/><br/>Speaking on the occasion, NCC DG Lt Gen Aniruddha Chakravarty said nearly 10 lakh cadets participated in the International Yoga Day at 1727 places in the country. Editor Limca Book of Records Mrs Vijaya Ghosh presented the certificate to Lt Gen Aniruddha Chakravarty.
