Finance Minister Arun Jaitley today said parliamentary system is best suited to Indian condition as it provides a platform for airing divergent views.<br/> <br/><br/>Speaking at an award function in New Delhi today Jaitley said as a parliamentarian, he tried to focus on issues rather than personalities.
