The Parliamentary Standing Committee has finalised its report on the Nuclear Liability Bill. The BJP sources say that if their concerns are taken care of it may consider supporting the Bill in Parliament. The BJP had opposed the 500 crore rupee cap on compensation terming it too less and also the no-fault liability provision.
