Parliamentary panel favors 'Central Check' for misleading job advertisements

A Parliamentary panel has strongly favoured a central enforcement machinery to check publication of misleading job advertisements . The Parliamentary Standing Committee on Labour is of the view that there should be an elaborate law to keep a tab on dubious private placement agencies. The Panel has said publishers and broadcasters of such advertisements may also be held accountable for publishing or broadcasting them.
