Parliamentary affairs Minister Venkaiah Naidu critisises Congress for setting conditions for passage of GST Bill.

Union Minister M Venkaiah Naidu today criticised Congress saying it is not fair on its part to set conditions for the passage of the GST bill. <br/><br/>Talking to reporters in New Delhi Mr Naidu said, the condition about cap on taxes put forward by Congress and reiterated by its Vice-President Rahul Gandhi yesterday is not liked by many. <br/><br/>He also said, if the clauses were so crucial, the UPA could have brought these in the original bill when it was in power. <br/><br/>He added that Finance Minister Arun Jaitley had earlier discussed three conditions put by the Congress regarding GST with the party leaders.
