Leader of Opposition in the Rajya Sabha, Ghulam Nabi Azad and senior BJP leader Dr. Satyanarayan Jatiya on Monday led the parliamentarians in paying floral tributes to Dadabhai Naoroji on his birth anniversary in the Central Hall of Parliament House. <br/><br/>Among others who paid floral tributes were several Members of Parliament and former Members. Secretary-General of Rajya Sabha, Desh Deepak Verma and senior officers of Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha Secretariats also paid floral tributes. <br/><br/>The portrait of Dadabhai Naoroji was unveiled by the then Speaker of Lok Sabha, G.V. Mavalankar, in the Central Hall of Parliament House on 13 March 1954.
