Janta Dal (United) chief Sharad Yadav today said that Parliament should function without any disruption. He told reporters outside Parliament that he will speak to Congress leaders to find out a solution to their protest in both the Houses of Parliament.<br/><br/>Mr Yadav said, many issues and bills are not being discussed due to disruption in Parliament and is not good for country's growth.
