Both the Houses of Parliament have been adjourned till 2 pm on the issue of Vishwa Hindu Parishad yatra in Uttar Pradesh. The Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha earlier witnessed a brief adjournment on the issue. As soon as the Lok Sabha met for the day, BJP members protested against the arrest of its leaders in the Chourasi Kos Parikrama. They raised slogans against the ban of the Yatra. Samajwadi Party members also protested against the allegations by the BJP and trooped into the well of the House. Two Congress members from Andhra Pradesh also rushed to the well protesting the bifurcation of the state. The BJP, SP and JD(U) had given notices for suspension of the question hour to discuss the Yatra. Same was the situation in the Rajya Sabha.
