Both the Houses of Parliament could not transact any legislative business on Wednesday as BSP members stalled the proceedings. The Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha were adjourned for the day after witnessing repeated adjournments.
AIR correspondent reports, except taking up a few issues, both the Houses could not transact any major business.
In the Lok Sabha, BSP members disrupted the proceedings of the house demanding the disclosure of names of those who were involved in the allocation of coal blocks.
Their colleagues in the Rajya Sabha forced the adjournment of the House by demanding that normal functioning should be ensured.
With one or other issue disrupting the House every day, it remains to be seen whether Parliament will be able to function smoothly tomorrow as well.
